What You Need to Retrieve Your Vehicle
Valid ID
A government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) is required to verify your identity before releasing the vehicle.
Proof of Ownership
Bring your vehicle title or current registration. If you are not the registered owner, a notarized letter of authorization may be required.
Release Authorization (If Required)
A police release form from the law enforcement agency that ordered the impound is required before we can release your vehicle.

Vehicle releases are only processed during office hours. After-hours releases are not available.
Fees & Payment
Impound fees include the towing charge plus daily storage fees that begin accruing from the date of impound. Fees must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.
Cash only for vehicles stored in our yard, or approved business check.
Call us for a current fee quote — storage charges increase daily, so retrieving your vehicle promptly will minimize costs.
